Dear Guests. I would like to share a few important details with you. My base is in Reigate, and I currently offer my services within approximately a 30-mile radius. Menus cannot be combined, and I take bookings for a minimum of 6 guests. I am happy to travel further distances as well; however, this may incur an additional charge depending on the location. The sandwiches, each portion containing 5 sandwiches per person, and the selection of flavors can be customized according to your preferences. In the case of the Hortobágyi meat pancakes, one portion contains 2 pancakes. The portion of Hungarian goulash soup is half a liter per person. I take great care to prepare all dishes to the highest standards.When booking, please kindly inform me of any allergies or dietary requirements so that I can thoughtfully tailor the menu to your needs.

Bookings are confirmed once the details have been agreed. Upon request, I can provide tableware, cutlery, and any other necessary items for dining. Of course, I am happy to work flexibly to accommodate any individual requirements you may have. In the comfort of your own home, surrounded by the familiar atmosphere you love, I’ll make sure you enjoy a relaxed and delightful culinary experience from start to finish.

Terms And Conditions

These general terms and conditions define the legal relationship between you and our webshop. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you accept these terms. It is important that you submit the order at least 10 days before the start event, as fulfillment is only guaranteed then. The purchase intention must be confirmed by full payment, and we also charge a delivery fee. We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the website.

Cancellation Policy

Since we provide catering and home delivery services, all orders must be placed at least 10 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within the final 48 hours before the event will unfortunately only be eligible for a 50% refund, as the food has already been prepared and cannot be reused. We appreciate your understanding and encourage clients to contact us as early as possible to avoid any charges.

I, as the service provider, take all reasonable steps to ensure the safety and quality of the service. However, the customer acknowledges that they assume certain risks, and this agreement is based on the customer’s acceptance of these risks, provided that all terms of the contract are followed.

Payment Terms

The full payment for the order is due at least 10 days prior to the event. The full amount must be paid via bank transfer, card payment, or another online payment method we accept. The order only becomes final once the full payment is received. Please note that failure to meet the payment terms may result in the cancellation of the service, and the amount already paid is non-refundable.

Shipping Information

The order will be delivered on the agreed event date. As we provide fresh food, we will deliver on the specific date of the event. The shipping cost is added to the total order amount, and the exact fee will be calculated at the time of finalizing the order.
